Boarding Suite Options
Junior Boarding Suite
Your classic 4' x 6' cage free private space. Each accommodation is equipped with a raised Kuranda dog bed. Ideal for families with 1-2 dogs. All dogs sharing a room must be from the same household.

Private Boarding Suite
Spoil your pup with our most spacious suite. Our private boarding suites are fully enclosed providing a sound resistant environment for ultimate privacy, comfort and tranquility. Each suite is equipped with a raised Kuranda dog bed & in-suite entertainment featuring Dog TV. Ideal for households with multiple dogs. All of our private suites can accommodate up to 3 large dogs and some up to 5 large dogs. All dogs sharing a room must be from the same household.

Our HVAC features a state-of-the-art air filtration and purification system that continuously cleans the air to reduce the chance of airborne infections such as the dog flu and canine cough. It is also 99.4% effective at inactivating COVID-19 from the air in 30 minutes.
An air exchanger that circulates air out of the building and pushes fresh air in minimally 15 times per hour to reduce the chance of airborne infections.

Required vaccinations: Bordatella, Distemper, Rabies & Negative Fecal. The Canine Influenza Vaccine is highly recommended.
All dogs must be spayed or neutered by 6 months of age for group play daycare. Those who are not, may board only in a private suite.
Our daycare and boarding facility prides itself on personalized service therefore when we reach our max occupancy, we will not accept more pups. Reservations are strongly suggested for daycare and required for boarding.
Our facility is remotely monitored at night. We do not have staff on site 24/7.

Absolutely. As long as they are 100% people friendly, we can still board them and they will receive personal one on one playtime with our staff.

We do not discriminate towards any breed. All breeds are welcome so long as they pass our temperament test.

Yes! We’re able to administer oral, topical, and insulin (conditions apply to insulin injections).

Dogs are let out a minimum of 4 times a day depending on package selection and add-ons between 6am-10:30pm.

No. Most pet care facilities do not provide overnight staff. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with video surveillance and an indoor sprinkler system. It is protected by a central station alarm and a fire system at all times. In order to maintain a stress-free environment and promote a restful night, we do not have staff exploring the facility overnight. Most dogs are asleep before we lock up and we tend to wake them upon arrival in the morning. Our staff is here from approximately 6:00 AM to 11:30 PM.

Yes! We have cat kennels here at the facility, and we have experience caring for all sorts of animals, so feel free to reach out and we can discuss arrangements!

Just food! We have bowls and LOTS of toys already here; additional bedding and toys are welcome, but keep in mind they may become dirty during their stay. Please do not send beds or any toys wit stuffing.

In order to maintain a safe and sanitary environment, we do not allow anything with fabric into the facility. All of our accomodations come with a premium Kuranda bed.

Absolutely. We can accept any toys that are made of rubber and/or plastic. In order to maintain a safe and sanitary environment, we do not allow any fabric toys. We strongly advise against bringing rawhide toys, or anything that can be easily broken into small pieces, or might become a choking hazard.

Yes, dogs from the same family can board together, in most of our accommodations and additional dogs in the same accommodation get a discount. We reserve the right to upgrade the dog(s) to a larger accommodation and/or separate them into separate accommodations if we feel it is in the best interest of the dog(s)’s health and safety.

We have staff here 365 days a year to care for dogs. Only the lobby is closed on specified holidays for pick up and drop off.

We do not, however you are welcome to call or email any time to check in on how your pet is doing and our friendly staff would be happy to provide you with an update. We do send you daily updates via our client portal and we also frequently post photos and videos on our social media pages.

There is a charge for peak times. This covers the temporary increased staffing we provide due to the increase of bookings. It allows us to maintain our standards without sacrificing the time and attention we put into each animal. During peak times, there is an additional $10 charge per pet per night.
Peak rates are minimally in effect on the following dates (please refer to client portal for all dates):
•Mid-Winter Recess 2024 – February 16 – February 25
•Spring Break 2024 – March 27th – April 7th
•Spring Recess #2 2024 - April 19 - 25th
•Memorial Day Weekend 2024 – May 23 – May 28
•Independence Day Weekend 2024 – July 3 – July 8
•Labor Day Weekend 2024 – August 30 – September 3
•Thanksgiving 2024 – November 27-December 2
•Winter Break 2024-2025 – December 20 – January 6

Yes. While our facility is open 365 days a year, we do not have office hours or pick-up/drop-off on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve after 12pm, Christmas Day or New Year’s Day.
